It was indeed gratifying to see the support that your wonderful publication was bestowing upon our team, but it was even more gratifying to see the overwhelming support — both financial and moral — that was bestowed upon the team by the members of The Florida Bar.The team represented Florida in the 20th National High School Mock Trial Championship in New Orleans May 8 and finished the tournament ranked fifth in the nation. None of this would have been possible without the support and generosity of The Florida Bar.The South Dade Mock Trial Team 2003 AdvertisingI notice that the News’ Attorneys Exchange advertising section does not have the required ethics disclosure (“The hiring of a lawyer. . . “) Is there an exception to the rules for Bar or trade publications? If not, are those of us who advertised in the News now subject to Bar grievance proceedings?
